Personalized Learning

Personalized Learning: What does this mean and how can we do it? Personalized learning is being realized in online learning with new models for blended education. This will be the focus of our discussion.

For our meeting on March 28 Each of you will lead a short discussion on the an area of this reading that interest you. To lead this discussion, you can start us off with a prompt – we can then all share our thoughts. It’s like an online discussion, only, you know, face to face :-). It’s our own little blend of synchronous & asynchronous. Also – think about how this pertains to your own project.

In addition, once our discussion is done, we will talk about the data you have gathered in your classes and how you will determine impact on student learning for the final reflection.

Remember to blog before our meeting!

Welcome to our Internship! #694

This site is for the Internship in Virtual Teaching and Learning Class.

We meet tonight and decide on a meeting and blogging schedule for the class. I will add this to our calendar and share with you via this site. This class is a seminar/internship, and will culminate with an Action Research study about the internship that you are currently conducting.

Our timeline is pretty flexible – and we’ll use the real-time meetings we have to focus our efforts in our online classes, to share resources and tools, and to ask and answer any burning questions we all have.
